Return Eligibility
🔹 Original Packaging– Please return items in their original box or packaging to ensure safe transit.
🔹 30-Day Window– Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly:
⏱️ Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for funds to reflect in your account after approval.
💳 Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
For PayFast / Peach Payments users:
These secure payment providers manage refunds in accordance with their own terms and conditions (which you accepted during checkout). We’ll initiate your refund on our end, and their processing timelines will apply.

Returning Your Item
Returning an item is simple:
*Contact Us First – Email info@ssstoolcentre.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Many issues can be resolved remotely—saving you time and effort!
*We Arrange Collection – If a return is approved, we’ll coordinate a convenient collection with our courier partner.
*Pack Securely – Please pack your item carefully to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Costs & Returns
🔸 Change of Mind / Non-Defective Items: You may be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.
🔸 Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Items: We cover all return shipping costs and will refund or replace your item at no charge.
🔸 Partial Refunds: If your refund is approved, any applicable shipping or return costs may be deducted based on the nature of your return. We’ll always communicate this clearly before processing.

Manufacturer Warranty & Guarantees
🔹 Warranty Claims- If you experience an issue covered under warranty, please contact us. We’ll gladly facilitate the claim process with the manufacturer on your behalf.
🔹 Our Role- While we’re happy to assist with logistics and communication, warranty fulfilment (repairs, replacements, or assessments) is managed directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms.
